Built around your wedding

Wedding Catering in Busselton & South West WA

Paddocks, vineyards and coastal setups.  I plan around the environment and make sure the food fits the setting and the pace of the day.

Shared, plated or in between

Food that fits the day

Every wedding moves differently, and the food should follow that.

Some days call for shared dishes across long tables, where people settle in and pass things around. Other weddings work better with a more structured dinner, paced through the evening.

Most end up somewhere in between.

We shape it around your plans, your guests, and how you want the day to feel. Not forcing a format, just building something that fits naturally into it.

The food supports the moment. It does not interrupt it.

From first prep to the last plates

Keeping things moving

The day starts early. Prep, setup, checking the space, getting everything ready before guests arrive.

As things begin, the focus shifts. Guests come in, drinks start flowing, and the first food needs to land without breaking the moment.

From there, it builds. Speeches run over, timelines shift, people settle in. I stay across it and adjust so the food keeps moving with the day.

Courses or dishes come out at the right time, not just by the clock, but by what is actually happening around the table.

By the end of the night, everything has flowed the way it should. No pressure, no awkward pauses. Just a day that feels natural from start to finish.

Nothing overcomplicated. Nothing forced.

From intimate weddings to large celebrations

I cook for weddings across the South West, from coastal properties and vineyards to private homes and more remote setups. Every location comes with its own pace and way of working, so I plan around the environment instead of forcing a fixed approach.

Some venues are fully equipped and structured. Others require more awareness and preparation. I take that into account from the start, making sure the food, timing and setup all align with how the day will actually unfold.

The goal is simple. Everything feels considered, runs smoothly and fits naturally into the atmosphere of your wedding.

Steady in the background

Built on experience

Years of cooking in different environments carry into how I approach weddings. From tight spaces to changing conditions and shifting timelines, you learn to stay organised and keep a clear head.

That experience shapes how the day is handled. Planning properly, adjusting where needed, and keeping things moving without drawing attention to it.

Weddings rarely run exactly as planned, and that is fine. I stay across what is happening and make sure the food continues to land at the right moment.

Most of the time, you would not notice it. It just feels like everything works the way it should.
